Shipping Policy

All orders with a value exceeding $99 receive free shipping within the lower 48 states. There are no delivery fees for high-value orders.

Shipment Policy

1. Royal Globall is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and orders are usually processed shortly after being placed. However, orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered service days for express deliveries.

2. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

3. For any questions regarding your order, you may call 888-888-8888 during standard business hours (8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday–Friday). If you need to contact us outside of business hours, please use our Contact Form, and our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours.

4. Please note that once an order has reached a certain stage in the fulfillment process, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

5. Orders shipped via UPS to a P.O. Box require a physical street address for accurate delivery. UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes located within local Post Offices. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box are not eligible for UPS delivery and may incur additional shipping charges, for which the customer will be responsible.

1. Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Royal Globall cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond its control, such as severe weather or carrier service disruptions.

2. Requests for replacement products or credit for merchandise claimed as shipped but not received are subject to investigation.

3. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with orders that are incorrectly addressed.
